I like to capture the magic within relationships: the connection and emotion people have with and for each other. I love observing people and capturing the things that make them individuals as well as seeing their dynamic with others unfold before my camera.

  • My BA is in Sociology, with minor in Photojournalism.
  • I have an MFA in photo. My thesis involved documenting graffiti primarily with my cell phone.
  • I first picked up a camera at the age of 9.
  • I taught college photography and photojournalism for 4 years.
  • I worked at a bakery for 3 years.
  • I have no middle name.
  • My dad looks like/is Santa Claus.
  • I’ve had every color of hair, and continue to change it often.
  • I played soccer for 11 years while growing up.
  • I’ve lived in three states: TN,TX, and IL.
  • I’ve lived in five cities: Nashville, Jackson, Fort Worth, Memphis, and Chicago.
